How long will delivery of my product take?

Handing time is 2-3 days once payment has been received. The estimated delivery time is a further 6-10 days.

I have not received my order and it has been longer than the estimated delivery time. What do I do?

Contact Sola Mart and we will track your order manually to find out its location. Tracking missing orders may take up to 48 hours for a response.

Does Sola Mart take orders over the phone?

Yes, phone orders are most welcome.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment payment methods are VISA | Master Card | PayPal | Direct Bank Transfer.

Do I receive a Tax Invoice for my order?
  1. A Standard Tax Invoice will be supplied via email. Please ensure you have provided the correct email address.
  2. Paper Tax Invoices can be mailed via Australia Post if requested.
What do I do if I have an issue with my product within the manufacturers warranty period?

Contact Sola Mart with your “proof of purchase” within the warranty period. If your product is found to be faulty we will either repair or replace it as directed by the manufacturer.
