Raj has always been more than helpful with his advice which not always led to a sale for himself, instead giving sound advice which sometimes only benefited us “the customer”. The products we have purchased from Sola Mart have been spot on to what we required and all components are going strong. Raj has gone above and beyond with after sales check ups also. We wouldn’t buy anywhere else for our Solar needs!!

I needed a small amount of very large cable for an Inverter upgrade in my motorhome, Raj was more than happy to supply 70mm2 cable cut to half metre lengths to avoid unnecessary waste, he was also able to supply cable lugs in the various sizes I required. Freight cost is a big cost when ordering heavy copper cables but Raj offered to drop the order in to my home on his way past, now that is first rate customer service! Recently, I purchased a 12 volt BAE 7 PVV770 battery bank from Sola Mart. This bank is a series of 6 x 2 volt valve regulated lead-acid cells. The battery incorporates the acid phase in a silica gel. The bank has a capacity of 610 Ah @ C10 and 688 Ah @ C20. I used it to replace a 10 year old bank of flooded lead-acid batteries whose service life was nearing its end. The BAE bank came with all necessary connection hardware, and was easily self-installed in half a day.My existing system was built around “Outback” solar hardware. I found that the BAE battery bank is entirely compatible with my hardware. (MPPT Controllers, FX Inverter, temperature compensation, SOC scaling, and Outback “Mate” parameter value display.) The replacement bank essentially “slipped in” to my existing system.I purchased the bank from Raj at Sola Mart. Sola Mart was not the cheapest option, but it proved to be the best. Raj provided all the information and data needed to set up the bank and ensure it conformed to warranty conditions. He also kept in touch with me during commissioning and evaluated the data I had recorded during a week of trial operation under full loads. Raj also answered several questions that arose during the exercise.Raj and Sola Mart provided exemplary pre- and post-sales service. I highly recommend them.
